You can change your password directly within the app - the exact process will depend whether youโre currently logged into your account or not.
This only works if you created your Paired profile with an email address and a password. If you created your account through Apple or Google, please use the relevant login method to access your profile.
If youโre logged in:
- Go into the Us tab
- Click on the Settings icon, in the top-right-hand corner
- Visit About you
- Select Change password
- Enter your Current password followed by your new password, typed twice
Please note: your password must contain at least 6 characters, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number
If youโre logged out of your account:
- From the home screen, tap Log in at the top of the screen
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address - you will receive an email with a link to create a new password
