Though we try to test the app extensively before releasing any updates to the App Store and Google Play Store, from time to time you might encounter an unexpected issue with Paired.
If that's the case, please get in touch with our support team with a clear description of the problem so that we can work on solving your issue. It would also be very useful if you could include screenshots or a video that illustrates your situation.
If you contact us directly from the support button in the Settings menu, we'll be able to automatically retrieve some basic information on your account, such as your Paired ID.
But if you contact us via support@paired.com, please make sure to provide your Paired ID as well - you can locate it by following these steps.
