If you recently bought a subscription to Paired Premium but changed your mind, depending on your situation, you might be eligible for a refund. Please keep in mind that refunds for the remaining period of your subscription are normally not granted, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
The process to request a refund will depend on how your membership was purchased.
I signed up for Paired Premium via my App Store account
If you purchased Paired Premium via your iPhone, your membership went through your Apple ID and is managed by Apple directly.
Because Apple uses a separate billing platform, Paired Support can’t access your payment details to issue a refund.
In the meantime, you can make sure that the automatic renewal of your subscription has been cancelled by following the steps given on this page.
I signed up for Paired Premium via my Play Store account
If you purchased Paired Premium via your Android device, your membership went through your Google account and can be managed via Google Play directly, by visiting your Budget and order history on play.google.com.
Our Support team can also help you with your request. To do so, please get in touch with us with your order ID - it will start with GPA followed by some numbers (e.g.: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.0).
I signed up for Paired Premium via the Paired Website
If you purchased Paired Premium directly via our website, please get in touch with our team to request a refund. To help with your request, please make sure to provide the email address tied to your membership as well as your order ID if you have access to it.
