We understand that sometimes, starting fresh is necessary, but right now, resetting answers to conversations or accounts overall is sadly not possible.
We’re currently working on a way to reset all results completely, but for now we would advise you to create a new account. Because it isn’t possible to have the same email address on more than one Paired profile, you might have to use a different email address for this new account.
If you want to use the same email address for your new account, you’d need to delete your current account first. You can do so by opening Paired > tapping on the Us tab > tapping on the cog icon at the top right of the screen > tapping ‘About You’ and ‘Delete account’.
🚨 Please note that account deletion is permanent, and deleted data cannot be recovered at all.
Because you use Paired as a couple, it could be that some of your history is shared with your partner’s profile, and it might persist after creating a new account if your partner decides to keep their original profile.
If you have an active subscription in your old account, you can carry that over by opening your new account > click on the Us tab > click on the Cog icon > click 'Restore purchase'. This restores the active Paired subscription associated with your phone and makes it available in your new account.
